had such a wonderful meal at Hummus Kitchen today
had such a wonderful meal at Hummus Kitchen today! We started off by ordering some hummus, falafel and cauliflower- everything was delicious. For my main dish I got shakshuka- wow! The bread was so warm and soft and the shakshuka was very flavorful! The sangria here was amazing. I spent a few hours catching up with a friend and they didn't rush us at all- the service was phenomenal. We ended our meal with the halva dessert which was really unique- it was all made from sesame seeds but tasted like ice cream! Such a great dinner! I highly recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner.

everything I had on my plate was super good
ad this catered today for my works weekly lunch. We had a little bit of everything from the kebab to the green shakshuka. All in all everything I had on my plate was super good. See photo for everything that was on the plate. The salmon was also cooked well. And the pita bread was some of the softest I've ever had catered. They arrived on time and everything was a decent serving size for our team as well. I'd highly recommend and visit their location if I was nearby.

the food was truly spectacular
Decided to give this place a shot, I been seeing it around Instagram. I must say the food was truly spectacular. We had a reservation set for 7pm, and it seemed busy from the outside , but they had our table reserved. We did the Mazze Trio which includes and 3 Appetizers or small bites you would say . Went with Hummus , Babaganoush and Falafel. Only thing I found a bit strange was that it only came with a single pita. Two out the 3 appetizers were like dips and a split pita didn't cut it . But they brought another one right away when I asked for it. We got a bit full from it and decided to order just a single entree as it seems like a huge portion . The Chicken Shawarma was delicious and good size portion. Ended out meal with a chocolate mouse cake and coconut dessert . Overall I truly recommended this spot !!

Everything was delicious
Honestly, mad at myself for not coming here sooner. Everything was delicious, the ambiance was great & the staff was wonderful! We went for brunch & it was packed but not loud. Brunch comes with a variety of all of the appetizers: GRAVLAX SALMON - With garlic aioli, mustard and dill WARM GRILLED EGGPLANT - Topped with concentrated tahini, scallion and silan CAULIFLOWER - Fried with fresh squeezed lemon juice and tahini GRAPE LEAVES - Stuffed with Basmati rice. Served in tahini mint dressing, dill and pomegranate MASABAHA - Slow cooked chickpeas with tahini, garlic and chilly flax LEMONY CABBAGE - With sesame oil and roasted black sesame CONFITURE - Onion and pear jam We got the hummus shakshuka and the kitchen Benedict to share. These were both UNREAL! The salmon with the bread and potatoes were the perfect mixture & seasoned perfectly! The shakshuka + hummus + poached egg (DONT forget its in the middle) and the fluffy warm pita really did it for me. For dessert we got the Malabi (Mediterranean flan topped with coconut, pistachio & grenadine) to share. The crunch of the coconut and pistachio with the flan and fruit on the bottom was delicious. Highly recommend!

This place had amazing reviews
I was in the mood for some good Mediterranean food. This place had amazing reviews. I went a little crazy and ordered cauliflower, hummus, falafel, and the Mediterranean chopped salad. They were all great. I was expecting the salad to be a little closer to tabbouleh. I was very god though. I really enjoyed all of it. I will go back here for sure.

Absolutely love hummus kitchen
Absolutely love hummus kitchen. Used to live near the location and would visit frequently. They have great options for my boyfriend being vegetarian and me being kosher. 100% authentic and delicious. Every dish is a hit! Great date spot *when open for dine in* and awesome for takeout. Everything tastes fresh and delightful. Wish i still lived near so that i could order all the time. Bitayavon!

Once again
Once again, I have to write an ode to this restaurant. My husband and I rarely do delivery or takeout. I'm a halfway decent cook, but I do love to go out to eat! However, these days of course, we aren't going out to eat. Today I'd finally had it! I called to see if Hummus Kitchen was doing takeout, this is our favorite neighborhood Israeli restaurant, and - score! So I called in a small order of our faves, falafel taco, chicken shwarma taco, hummus mazze and Mediterranean salad mazze. Hit the spot! Picked it up still warm, brought it home, opened a bottle of wine, and thoroughly enjoyed the meal!

Wow
Wow. I wish I realized how delicious this place was sooner! I had just tried the hummus months ago (which was great) but I quickly forgot about it. Don't make my mistake - try those entrees! I recently tried the Mediterranean Red Chicken and Chicken Couscous and HOLY COW it's amazing. So flavorful. Can't wait to get more!
